工作内容：1.Newsupplierauditandapprove.新供应商的审核及批准；2.Annualprocessauditforcurrentsuppliers.现有供应商的年度过程审核；3.CheckandapprovesupplierPPAP.检查及批准供应商的PPAP文件；4.Trainandauditsuppliertofollowupourqualityrequirementsandevaluatequalityperformance.培训、审核供应商，并对供应商表现进行评估，确保其符合公司的质量要求；5.Communicatewithsupplierforqualityproblemandfollowupthecorrectiveactionsresult.与供应商沟通线管的质量问题并追踪其整改结果。6.Ensuretheexecutionofpoliciesaswellastimelinessandqualitydeliverables.确保政策的执行以及及时性和质量可交付成果7.服从领导的其他工作安排Activelyfollowtheleadershipoftheotherworkarrangements.任职要求：1.Universitydegree，3-5yearsexperienceinautomotivefield，2yearsexperienceofSQE.大学学历，有3-5年汽车行业工作经验,2年以上SQE经验。2.Familiarwithautomotivetools,e.g.APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA,etc.熟练运用质量管理相关工具，如SPC、FMEA、6Sigma、PDCA以及QC七大手法等；3.ExcellentcommunicationsskillsandTeamcoordinationability,dealingwithrelationsbetweencompanyinternalandsupplier。出色的沟通能力和团队协调能力，能够协调内部各部门和外部供应商关系；4.Goodproblemsolvingskills，andcantakestrongworkpressure.良好的问题解决能力，并能在压力下工作。5.Expertknowledgeofproblemresolution/rootcauseanalysis(8D,etc).具备问题解决及原因分析能力的专业知识（8D等）6.Familiarwithqualitysystemrequirement,e.g.IATF******/ISO9001/ISO******/ISO18001熟悉IATF16949/ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO18001质量体系要求；7.FluentoralandwrittenEnglish具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
